We strive for perfection, but we understand that sometimes things may not meet your expectations. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for flowers or floral arrangements. Once your order has been completed and delivered, it is considered final.
Issues with Order
We are committed to ensuring your flowers arrive in perfect condition. If your arrangement is damaged, wilted, or otherwise unsatisfactory, please contact us immediately upon accepting the order with photographic evidence (photofraphs and videos) of the issue. We will assess the situation and do our best to resolve it, either by offering a replacement or other appropriate action.
