Submit Inquiry
Fill out our inquiry form. We will look over the details and confirm our availability for your wedding date.

Receive an Info Package
If available, we will send you an information package with pricing, FAQs, tips, and consultation booking information.

Book Initial Consultation
Once booking the consultation we will jump on a call to discuss the wedding details, and gather the information needed to send over a custom proposal.

Review Floral Proposal
Once you receive your custom proposal, please take the time to review it. This is a working draft designed to evolve as details are refined. We understand plans are not always finalized at booking, so adjustments are always welcome. An optional follow-up meeting is available to review any changes or questions.

Book Us & Pay Your Deposit
Upon approval of your estimate, a signed agreement and deposit will secure your date on our wedding calendar.

Design consultation
Before finalizing details for your wedding, (~3-4 months out) we’ll meet for another consultation to refine floral selections, scale, and create a custom mood board that visually captures your wedding aesthetic.

Final Details Meeting
This will be a short check-in closer to the wedding (~1 month out) to confirm quantities, logistics, and timeline.

Wedding Day
The day we’ve been waiting for. Our team will execute the thoughtfully planned timeline with complete care and attention. This is where everything comes to life!
